What I Offer
I design and make jewellery using sterling silver, copper, craft wire, semi-precious stones, fused glass and crystal beads and cabochons, tumble stones and a variety of other materials. I will be delighted to create a piece especially for you or your loved one. You can design this yourself (though I reserve the right to ensure that the design is feasible), or I can design something for you. You will have input throughout the design process, if you wish.
If you see something in my store that you like but would prefer in a different size, colour or material, I will be happy to make it for you.
Design services attract a small additional cost but making an existing piece with variations (within reason) does not.
Our Return Policy
Returns are accepted provided you have contacted me to discuss the reasons for return and I receive the goods, unworn and in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of our discussion. Return postage and packing are at your expense. The purchase price will be refunded when I receive the item and am satisfied with the condition in which it is returned.
All items sent out will bear a small paper label containing a stock number. This will not prevent you from trying on the item, but must be present, undamaged, when the item is returned. Returns will not be accepted without the label.
I am quite sure that none of my customers would do this, but it is not unknown for people to buy an item, wear it for an event and then return it. My returns policy is intended to guard against this unscrupulous practice!
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping will be by standard UK delivery and only applies within the UK. Express and International shipping will be at the prices detailed below.
FREE Standard UK Delivery within 3 working days.
Next Day Delivery £6 for orders placed by 1pm.
EU delivery £5 within 3 - 5 working days.
Non-EU International Deliveries £6 in 5 - 10 working days
Express International Shipping also available.
